Practical improvement for the work around client work.

Four ways we help. Each starts with one real task and ends with something your team can run and measure.

Workflow assessment

Find where one recurring task loses time, and what to do about it.

We map one recurring task with the people who do it: every step, hand-over, delay and piece of duplicated work. Then we rank what's worth fixing and recommend the smallest change that would help.

What you get

  • The current workflow on one page
  • Prioritised friction points
  • A recommended next step, with the reasoning

Good for: Teams who know a task is eating time but not exactly where, or what would fix it.

Book a workflow assessment

Improvement pilot

Fix that one task, and measure the difference against today.

We improve the task with process changes, the tools you already have, simple automation or carefully chosen AI, agreeing acceptance criteria before we start and measuring the same way before and after.

What you get

  • A working, scoped change
  • Agreed acceptance criteria
  • A before-and-after comparison on your own work

Good for: A task that's been assessed, with a clear owner and people willing to try a change.

Automation and AI implementation

Build the workflow properly in the tools your team already uses.

Integrations, automations and AI-assisted drafting in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Airtable, Make, n8n or Zapier. People approve anything consequential, and everything is documented so your team can run it without us.

What you get

  • The automation or integration, in your accounts
  • Runbook and handover notes
  • Training for the people who run it

Good for: A change that has proved itself in a pilot, or a well-understood task that needs building well.

Review and ongoing improvement

Check it still works, and decide what to improve next.

We review whether the change kept helping, fix what drifted, document limits and agree the next task, or recommend stopping where the evidence says so.

What you get

  • Measured findings
  • Updated documentation
  • A clear continue, change or stop decision

Good for: Teams running a change for a few months who want it to stay reliable.

Common questions

Where do most teams start?

With a workflow assessment of one recurring task. It shows where the time goes and whether a change is worth making before anyone builds anything.

How are scope and price set?

After a short call about the task. We agree the scope, the people involved, the measures and the price in writing before work starts.

Do you always use AI?

No. Often the right fix is a clearer process, a better form or a simple rule. We use AI where it drafts or sorts something well, and a person approves anything consequential.

Which tools do you work with?

The ones you already use where possible, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Notion, Airtable, Slack, Make, n8n and Zapier, plus AI models such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Llama and Mistral.

What happens to our data?

We use only what the task needs, work in your accounts where we can, and agree data handling in writing. Nothing is sold or used to train models on our side.

Bring one task. Leave with a decision.

A short call about the work your team repeats most. If automation isn't the answer, we'll say so.
