About Reveta

Give people their time back. Keep them in charge.

Reveta takes the repetitive admin out of small teams' week, so they can get on with the work they're good at. We start with hands-on services and build the tools that make AI safe to rely on.

Why we exist

Small organisations lose a remarkable share of their week to administrative repetition: information spread across tools, data copied by hand, follow-ups that depend on someone remembering, and the same questions answered again and again.

Large firms buy their way out of this with operations teams and enterprise software. Most small businesses, programme teams and community organisations can’t. Reveta exists to make that kind of operational improvement accessible to them, without handing judgement or accountability to a machine.

Our approach

  1. Understand

The task, the people who do it, the tools and data involved, and the constraints that matter.

  2. Design

The smallest change that would help. Often a clearer process or a better form; sometimes an integration, a script or an AI-assisted draft.

  3. Test

Against an agreed baseline, on the team's own work, with acceptance criteria set before we start.

  4. Transfer

Documentation, training and a review, so your team runs the change without depending on us.

The Reveta ecosystem

Reveta is a set of related parts, each with a different job. Services solve real problems now. Workspaces hold the context of the work. Foundations and research explore how AI can show its sources and support better decisions. They are designed to reinforce each other; they are not all one product, and each is labelled with where it stands today.

Applied services

Where every engagement starts: a real task, the people who do it, and the smallest change that helps.

Workflow assessment, improvement pilots, automation and AI implementation, and reviews.

The problem: Small service teams losing hours to the coordination around client work.

Products

Tools built from what we learn: a workspace that holds the context of the work, and a marketplace that connects people to verified work.

Aura

By invitation

An assistant workspace for records, research with sources, opportunities and drafts for people to review.

The problem: Context scattered across inboxes and people's memories, so follow-ups lapse.

XHunt

In development

A mission marketplace. Organisations post real, verified pieces of work; people find them by what they want to contribute to, helped by a personal AI agent that looks across communities for them.

The problem: Capable people outside established networks can't find meaningful work or prove what they did, and organisations can't tell whose contribution was real.

Trusted information

The groundwork that lets AI show where its information came from and who may use it.

DataFoundry

Research

Ways to record where information came from and who may use it, so AI systems can rely on it.

The problem: AI outputs that can't show their sources or respect the permissions on the data behind them.

Research

Longer-term questions about decisions and trust, explored before anything is offered to clients.

Venus

Research

Research into decision intelligence: connecting evidence, options and the decision a person has to make.

The problem: Information that never reaches the decision it was meant to inform.

LandMark AI

Research

Research into verifiable evidence for property checks in markets where registries are hard to rely on.

The problem: Buyers who can't easily confirm that land or property is what it is claimed to be.

Available
You can engage us for this now.
By invitation
Working, and open to invited teams.
In development
Being built; not yet available to clients.
Research
Being explored; not a product you can buy.

How the parts connect: a client problem leads to a service engagement; what repeats across engagements is considered for Aura; what Aura and our clients need from trustworthy information shapes the research. That is the intended direction, not a description of one integrated platform.

Principles

Human judgement

A named person stays accountable for anything consequential. AI drafts, sorts and checks; it doesn't decide.

Purposeful automation

Automate only what is stable and worth it. Say so when a process change is the better answer.

Evidence over claims

Measure before and after on real work. We publish results only with a client's permission.

Data minimisation

Use only the information a task needs, and check before personal data goes near an AI model.

Reversible by design

Changes you can undo, built in tools you already use, documented so you're never locked in.

Accessible technology

Useful to small teams and under-served organisations, not only to those with large budgets.

Work with us

We collaborate with programme leaders, funders, researchers, community organisations and technology partners who want AI to widen access to good operations, not narrow it.

Bring one task. Leave with a decision.

A short call about the work your team repeats most. If automation isn't the answer, we'll say so.
