We start with one real task and the people who do it. We agree scope once we’ve seen the work, and only carry on if the results say it’s worth it.
We map one recurring task with the people who do it: every step, hand-over, delay and piece of duplicated work. Then we rank what's worth fixing and recommend the smallest change that would help.
We improve the task with process changes, the tools you already have, simple automation or carefully chosen AI, agreeing acceptance criteria before we start and measuring the same way before and after.

Sources are leads to check, not proof. Aura separates what a source says from what it infers.
Turn a source into an opportunity with a suggested way to verify it. Opportunities without a next step are easy to spot, so follow-ups don't quietly lapse.
Ask in plain words and get an answer or a draft for you to review. Aura is advisory: it can't send, book or change anything outside the workspace.
Changes to records are logged with who made them and when, so there's a trail to check when someone asks.
Access is by invitation. Admins, reviewers and readers see what their role allows, each workspace sees only its own records, and daily limits keep use predictable.
Reading enquiries from your inbox and proposing meeting times are planned. Until they are built and tested, Aura works only with what you put into it.
Aura is designed to hold an assessment's evidence, decisions and follow-ups in one place, so the improvement doesn't depend on one person's inbox. It's an option, not a requirement: we use the tools you already have first.
How Aura thinks. Aura runs on an existing AI model behind a single, replaceable connection (an open-weights model by default; Claude where we’ve configured it), wrapped in Reveta’s own instructions, limits and records. People review before anything consequential happens.
AI drafts. It never sends, pays or decides anything important on its own.
